One of the best parts about having roommates? Seeing them wear an outfit you love and being able to snag it and replicate it for work the following week! Bridget and I have known each other since college and for the past year have called each other roomies and often raid each other’s closets. We also both snagged these heels last year so I was quite literally able to copy her look head to toe. Whatever will I do when I don’t have roommates!? (Let’s not think about it…) She picked up this fun floral top at a local boutique aptly named ‘meg’ in our neighborhood but despite its name I still have yet to make it in but both my roommates have such cool pieces from their signature line. It’s on my NYC to do list for sure and until then I’ll borrow this top that’s the perfect style for Spring and summer.
I know I noted that wit & whimsy would be “under construction” as of today, but as with all projects, timing sometimes shifts so I hope you’ll bear with me this week. I returned yesterday from Dallas where I attended a 3 day conference aimed at helping to make this blog even better. I was overwhelmed but inspired and came back with quite a to do list but found it perfect timing as I prepare to launch my new site!
